Branding/Awareness Spot & Audio Logo - WisconSibs

It was my pleasure to help a local nonprofit, WisconSibs, with their marketing and branding efforts. The goal was to have a fitting music track that would flow seamlessly into an audio logo at the end. The audio logo portion will also be used a standalone signature separate from the other video content.

Documentary Score Exceprt - Meijer Gardens

This was originally one of four music videos prepared for the dedication event of the Richard & Helen DeVos Japanese Garden at the Meijer Gardens. It has since been adapted for a 50 minute documentary film that now plays daily at the Gardens. This particular excerpt is themed 'Transformation' and features footage of the initial planning and excavation of the landscape.

Custom Song - Ohio Lottery ('Cash Explosion' TV game show)

I was asked to create a hard rockin' anthem for OH Lottery's TV game show. I wrote the lyrics and music. My main directive to was to make a refrain out of the show's long standing catchphrase, 'Gotta Get on That Show'.

Original Music - SSM Health 'New Name' TV Spot ("Father and Son")

Client sought orchestral music with an 'Americana' vibe. Recorded with a 15 piece chamber ensemble via Supreme Tracks studios in Belgrade, Serbia. Four variations of the music were recorded for four different spots based around this theme.

30 second version

10 Second Version

TV Spot - SSM Health - Meet the Yikes Family

I was asked to create something resembling a retro TV show theme. A music-only version of this track can be found here, and the 60 second radio version of the ad is here. I used remote session players from Columbus, OH to the UK on this project.

TV Spot - SSM Health - New Hospital

The audio only version of this music is here. Features fiddle playing from Kurt Baumer, drumming from John O'Reilly, Jr. and Matt Constantine on cello.

TV Spot - SSM Health - New Name Announcement

TV Spot - Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital (St. Louis)

The audio version of the music is here under the title 'Happy Child' - it features some great playing from Nashville fiddle ace Kurt Baumer

Documentary short - David Nash (for Fredrik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park)

This was a 'visitor experience' film for Meijer Gardens that played continuously each day throughout the summer of 2014. The film educated visitors on Meijer Gardens' major commission of renowned sculptor and "earth art" pioneer David Nash.  Working with Dog & Pony Communications out of Grand Rapids, I was asked to develop a score that reflected the imagination and thoughtfulness of the artist and the natural aspects of his work. The result was lots of acoustic guitar, plucked strings, and other musical spices - a mixture of folk, classical and minimalist elements. If you've never been to Meijer Gardens, I highly recommend it - it's a beautiful place and well worth the trip if you're in the area.

Showcase Reel - Anthony Thomas Advertising

Anthony Thomas Advertising created a showcase reel to display their diverse skill set in varying forms of media, as well as their ability to integrate all these communications as a whole. I was asked to create an original score that took a single musical theme through several specific musical styles (orchestral, industrial/percussion, techno and rock). Each style would correspond with with a specific category of media samples being displayed (broadcast, branding, social media/digital etc). The final section is a musical blend of all the styles as they showed ATA can integrate all of those disparate media platforms. A very fun challenge!

For the Cause - Independent Feature Film

Below are some of the scenes that I scored for the independent feature film, For the Cause - please note that the breakup scene contains strong language at the beginning:
